Highlights nearby chests and shulker boxes with colored particles so players can instantly see where storage is. Players toggle the scanner on/off with /chestlocator (alias /cl). Chests glow gold, shulker boxes glow purple. Configurable scan radius (default 20 blocks) and refresh interval. Particles render through walls. Includes permission node and per-player toggle state.
