Converts a player's experience points into Bottles o' Enchanting with the /bottlexp command. Uses the standard Minecraft ** formula for accurate total ** calculation. Configurable **-per-bottle rate. On death, 100% of the player's ** is dropped as experience bottles. Handles inventory overflow by dropping excess bottles at the player's location. Uses direct Bukkit API (no external dependencies needed).
