A Paper plugin that lets players submit suggestions through an in-game sign GUI. Players type /suggest to open a sign editor where they enter their suggestion. Submissions are sent to a configurable Discord webhook with an embedded message. Includes a 2-minute per-player cooldown, permission-based access (suggestion.submit), and a /suggest reload command for admins (suggestion.admin). Plays a firework rocket launch sound on submission.
