A Paper plugin that replicates Carpet Mod's hopper counter system. Hoppers placed above wool blocks become counter hoppers that track items passing through them by wool color channel. Includes persistent data storage, items-per-hour calculations, and commands to view and reset channel statistics for all 16 wool colors.
