A world-based plugin isolation system that allows server admins to restrict plugins to specific worlds. By creating world-named folders inside the plugin configuration directory, any plugins placed into those folders will only load and function in their corresponding world. Features include dynamic class loading, event filtering, command whitelisting/blacklisting, and per-world plugin configuration management.
