NetworkCore synchronizes player data across multiple Minecraft servers through a shared MySQL database. It preserves inventories, ender chests, health, hunger, saturation, experience, potion effects, game modes, selected hotbar slots, statistics, and advancement progress. The plugin uses server-side player locking to prevent data conflicts, automatic lock renewal, safe save-on-quit handling, configurable failure protection, and administrator commands for viewing player inventories and ender chests.
