A lightweight command spy plugin for Paper *.21.4. Monitors all player commands and flags sensitive ones (/login, /register, /l, /reg) with alerts sent to players holding spy.admin permission and always to ITZ_OPBELL if online. Features a per-player toggle system stored in-memory, async command interception for zero TPS impact, and a repeating server tip broadcaster every 5 minutes. All messages use the modern Adventure Component/MiniMessage API.
