DeathWard is a Paper Minecraft plugin that permanently bans players when they die, creates a fake lightning strike at the death location, and plays a wither death effect for a dramatic punishment. It provides a toggleable /plotarmor command that keeps enabled players at a minimum of half a heart while preserving ordinary damage events and hurt animation. The /actor command toggles elevated players to 32-chunk view and simulation distances, while every other player is restricted to two chunks. Settings persist across restarts.
