Fixes the broken stasis mechanic in *.21+ by spawning an invisible armor stand at the tip of a player's fishing rod when they enter the Nether through a portal. Each fishing rod is individually tracked per player, supporting multiple simultaneous stasis setups. Automatically cleans up armor stands on disconnect or when returning to the Overworld.
