A pure client-side Fabric mod that highlights portal blocks (Nether Portal, End Portal, End Gateway) through walls using colored outlines. The outlines render with depth testing disabled so they remain visible even when occluded by terrain. Features a toggle keybinding (H) to enable/disable the highlights on the fly. Uses Fabric API's WorldRenderEvents for clean, mixin-free rendering in *.21.11.
